Last day sick...

...I hope.

Been coughing all day long and feeling nauseus. I got round to organizing some of my jewlery. And I found a small handmade "doll" that was given to me by a 10 year old girl back when I used to live in Wales. It was 21 years ago and I still have it, it's been with me through all the moves an through all the years. I don't remember the name of the girl, but she lived next door and was really sweet.

I am happy to be able to see this carpet IRL, it's so beautiful with all the detailing, especially when you come closer. And the silk in the carpet makes it even more beautiful.

My first Persian carpet

I am so happy. I have gotten my first Persian carpet. It is a Kashmir with figural motive. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. And I knew it was going to be mine.  Now it is ☺
