Had fun this past weekend at my bfs place. Lots of fun friends came, the music was on all night, we cocked great food together and had a blast.

Delicious cauliflower pizza

Experimenting in the kitchen today, making some delicious cauliflower pizza. It was easy to make and tasted just like a pizza. =) 

Mandelmanns Gardens

I got recommended to visit Mandelmanns. A family who owns a farm and café with ecological foods,fruits, animals running free and pounds for ducks and geese. It was a truly magical place that I must recommend you to visit. The food was fantastic, the best food ever eaten. All from their garden, and the meat was from their own lamb. Love that place.

Long adventures night

After the race we where supposed to go back to Horice and check in to that village hotel after unloading some racing stuff with some of our friends. But we arrived after 10 pm so the Hotell we had reserved rooms at had closed the reception and our friends thought it was so late to call the Hotell personnel so they recommended a pension near by, we came there and it was fully booked. We drove to the next nearby city to find some place to sleep. It was raining, we where all tired after the race, and we just wanted to get out of the car we had been in for many hours driving down from Ostrava. We found a Hotell and here we are now, getting ready for breakfast, before we all head back home to Sweden.
