Morning rush

I woke up 14 minutes later and felt a rush, never the less I had time to catch 20 minutes of sun, hit the shower, do my makeup and last, rush trough my most delicious breakfast. It was the best grape I have ever eaten!!!  I could have robbed the food market for all of their gapes. Is so rare you find sweet and fresh grapes.

The best summer foundation

I recently discovered this light but concealing foundation. I love love love love it!!! I have the skin condition rosacea and I didn't think it would work for my skin, but it did. It lasts more than 8 hours too.

Gothenburg Film festival

This weekend my film music is part of a short film called: En kamp på liv och död (A struggle of life and death) created by a very talented director and photographer that are close friends with me.

It's nominated to the best film of the year.

Road trip to Denmark

Long day with many stops. But it was a very productive day. 

Sunny weather, clear blue skies and delicious lunch. 

Monday. Need I say more?

Why is it always so slow on a Monday? 

I would think that Monday people are on the go to make the start of the week the most productive. Why can't Thursday be slow, the day before Friday and weekend. It would make more sense, you gave all your energy at the beginning of the week. 

Anyways, it's rainy and cold today. And Tea and candles is my friend.

Secret park lunch

I found a hidden park close to where I live and the weather has been awesome today so I made some "Greek" salad with delicious Turkish black olives and Hallumi fried cheese and went there to enjoy it. 

 

Sunday breakfast

I like eating healthy. 

This morning I ate 1 toast, it's called  Pågen Energy, and it's unsweetened whole grain. I like it because its meaty, not so airy like some breads can be. 

The weather was perfect so I sat on the balcony. I usually drink lots of coffee but I decided to drink ice water with lemon instead. It was delicious!

Evening home spa

After a wonderful day outside I am ending this day with a very funny movie: The Hangover Part 2, and a nice foot spa, and face cream treatment.

At the big Marathon Göteborgsvarvet

There are thousands of people running. It was nice to watch and see so many enthusiastic people and tired runner fighting to the end. 

They where running so wild so one lost his shoe...

Everyone is a winner here.

I spent my time in the sun at my favorite café and restaurant, enjoying this beautiful weather.
