It's been a long stressful day

I have been eating some seafood and had a glass of wine, and trying to stay awake. A friend surprised me and took a picture when I was trying to read the book my coach gave me, but I find it very very boring.

Hurricane Sandy Alert

Watching the news, both CNN, and CNBC and following the worst hurricane disaster ever. Hurricane Sandy. I have friends up north of New York and I hope their business will be ok, and not flooded like it use to during storms. The experts calls it a Cyclone. Waiting to see the peoples reaction when the sun goes up and they see the impact from the hurricane.

I am having a productive day today an met my coach for the first time.
She is a warm, fun, and full of energy. Just the type of coach I need. And I learned a few new things today.
She sent me some homework and also a book I need to read before I see her next time.

On my way to Stockholm

Gaaaah..... The train was 2,5 hours late, it was a long cold train ride. Not much heating on board, but now I'm finally here! I'm now waiting for a friend to pick me up.

Another hectic day, withs lots of stuff to do, I haven't had time to write.
Had to help my grandmother move, and been on the phone and emailing. Lots to do with meetings, and awaiting a celebrity to arrive soon. I also have a
short trip to Stockholm planned later this week.

Yes! I´m so excited. My Media/stage coach just called, and she looks forward to working with me.
We set up a meeting and will make a plan on how to proceed with things.

Still avating the stage coach to call, there had been a mistake, and the wrong coach called me yesterday, not the one that I have been in contact with, so she was going get back to me after she have spoken to the one I requested.

Love my new candle

I finally got the candle I wanted to buy for some time now. Surprisingly at IKEA, they have some great stuff now. And it will match perfect to my future curtains I'm going to buy.

Eating out with my family. A lovely way to start the day. I also had some groceries delivered so I don't need to go shopping for that. Is a cold and sunny autumn day so I might go out for a walk in the nice weather. /Ciao for now

Last day of the week

To re-cap this week it was yet another thrilling week.  I managed to fix a stage/media coach that will work together with me, before my trip. I have also been working out and setting up a new workout routine with my PT, also had a quick stop at a skin clinic, and got some needed meds for my skin problems. This weekend I had a small house party with some friends. And now  I am just relaxing on the sofa, for some downtime. Let´s wait and see what next week offers. Ciao
